An innovate strength and HIIT training gym that has classes starting EVERY 7 minutes. The workouts change daily with state of the art equipment and trainers on staff to ensure you are nailing your workout. This studio welcomes both experienced fitness pros as well as beginners who are not quite sure how to hit the weights. This gym is a MUST try. We promise after one workout, you will be HOOKED!
An East Nashville staple. If you practice Yoga in this city, you have been to this studio. HYEN offers both heated and unheated classes with a variety of different offerings. All levels are welcome to one of their MANY classes daily.

When you submit this form, each studio will be notified. If you do not have a current account with each studio please go online and create those accounts using the same information you used on this form. Once that is completed - each studio can activate your account and charge your card.You are signing up for an unlimited class membership to 7 Minutes Fitness, Cycle Haus Nashville and Hot Yoga East Nashville. This is a 3 month minimum commitment and is non refundable. Membership auto-renews monthly until member cancels in writing with each individual studio. Cancellations needs to be made 72 business hours before the next payment is drafted from the account. You agree to the late cancel and no shows fee per each studios individual policies (please see the websites for these studios for more information). You understand that to book classes you will need to book directly through each studios websites or branded apps. You understand this form will be distributed to each studio who will charge their own monthly fee of $95 for this membership.You agree that cancelling this membership cancels your membership with all three studios and that this membership authorizes you to use all three studios at an unlimited class rate per month.
