Natalie is the Owner and Master Instructor of Cycle Haüs Nashville.
A NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Specialist, Natalie has been working in the field for close to 10 years. Growing up as an athlete Natalie loves to sweat with a team. She cannot wait to open her first studio in the best neighborhood in Tennessee, EAST NASHVILLE! She wants you to hit your goals and most importantly find the freedom and self-love that comes with a good sweat session! Heavy beats and club vibes are what you can expect to ride to! She can't wait to meet you and bring you into the CHN family!!
Vivian has been an athlete all her life. From lacrosse to basketball to soccer, she’s always been about performance. Pushing further/harder/faster than the time before. And that’s what she’ll help you do. Whether you’re coming in for your first class or your 100th, whether you’re a seasoned athlete or you’re working out for the first time in your life, she’ll be with you for every pedal stroke. And with fresh tunes, too! Think: JLo meets Serena Williams meets St. Vincent meets Mia Hamm.
Allison believes working out should be fun and challenging at the same time. She loves throwbacks and tapbacks, puns and runs, themed rides and steep climbs. When she’s not at Cycle Haus, you can find her digging in the dirt of her veggie garden, eating good food with her husband, or being entertained by her little gray tabby cat.
Amy first stumbled into a spin class 7 years ago and fell in love with it for the supportive community it provides, and the chance to celebrate what our bodies are capable of. She believes that movement can bring joy to any and everybody, especially when there is a bike and a great playlist involved. In Amy’s class, you can expect big ass hill climbs, out of the saddle pushes, empowerment lectures, throwback jams, and explicit hip-hop. Her one true love is Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter, and she secretly believes that sprints are the work of the devil (but she will still totally make you do them).
Tori has always had a strong interest in fitness and music. Growing up as a singer /songwriter, she has always been captivated by music's ability to move people. By curating a specific playlist to match the flow of the class, she’s able to make each of her rides unique... and a smidge bit twerky.
If she's not in the spin studio, she's busy working as a career matchmaker or taking hikes with her family. Her desire to lift people up makes her class fun and inspirational with a side of silly. If you want to push yourself harder than you thought possible and make music with your pedal strokes, this is the class for you.
